This is a lot of information for this weekend so please make sure you read it ALL.

Saturday June 2 – Meet at Smithson Valley – Check in 7:40am

When you GPS this address you will end up at the main gate, which is locked. Pass the main gate and proceed to the stoplight at FM2673 and turn right. Enter the campus at the first driveway on the right.

We can park in the main parking lot. The visitors sitting area is in the pool parking lot, parents can set up tents and chairs there. It will be hot with little to no shade so come prepared. Spectator seating/viewing is available along the sidewalk, poolside, and under the balcony overlooking the pool. Spectators will not be allowed inside the fenced pool area.

There will be concessions available that is cash only and the Kona Ice truck will be there also selling snow cones.

Our check in time is 7:40 amin the pool parking lot. Our warm up time is 8:20-8:50 amand the Meet beings promptly at 9:00 am

After the meet

Everyone is invited to join together for lunch at Beefy’s on the Green after the meet (we estimate between 12:30-1).

The Board will be providing ice cream to the swimmers at Beefy’s. Someone will provide the tickets to get the ice cream at Beefy’s.

Sunday June 3 – Picture Day

• 3:00 - 4:00 PM Individual Pictures for swimmers with last name beginning with A- K
• 4:00 - 4:45 PMIndividual Pictures for swimmers with last name beginning with L - Z
• 5:00 PM SHARP TEAM PICTURE - wear team suit -- PUPS will wear team suit or team t-shirt

If you would like “action” photos done you can do those at 2:30 or after the team picture.
