Mountain Lodge vs Heights of Stone Oak

Meet Information for Mountain Lodge Manta Rays

    Check in starts at 7:00am

Mountain Lodge Warm Up time: 7:30-8:00am

    Meet start time: 8:45am

    • Print your heat sheet (attached) and bring it with you. Heat sheets will not be available at the meet.
    • Make sure your swimmers gear is marked with their name.
    • Please put swimmer name on back of shoulder. This helps greatly when they have caps on and it’s hard to tell some apart.
    • Volunteers check in at the check in table with Emma as soon as you arrive. We need to know that everyone is present, even if you don’t work until the 2ndhalf.
    • Concessions will be open. Cash only. Small bills please. (vida tacos, coffee, muffins, chick fil a, light lunch items around 11.)
    • Parents make sure you know what heat your swimmer is in and help watch the white board.
    • The baby pool is off limits during the meet.

Parents you can sit on the hill, under the pavilion (half is ours) and on the small strip of grass along the fence by the pool. You must stay on the grass, in one row, as we will have swimmers walking from their ready bench on the pool deck. Please make sure you don’t interfere with the flow and the other team has plenty of room to walk to the lane line up. No parent tents are allowed inside of the fence. Please do not hang anything on the fence. This blocks the few of parents who may be sitting on the grass behind the fence.

The parking lot is reserved for volunteers on both teams and visiting team over flow. Parking is allowed on the street on Seven Winds and Alpine Mist. Please make sure you not block any residents drive way.

This year the ready bench will be behind the baby pool. Please help remind your swimmer to enter for the ready bench at the sign for the ready bench.

Both restrooms under the pavilion will be ladies restrooms during the meet. There will be a port-a-potty near the parking lot for the gentleman to use.

As a reminder to parents and swimmers use good sportsmanship and keep our pool/pavilion clean. If you walk by an empty water bottle on the ground pick it up.

Thank you to the parents volunteering tomorrow as well as those who have donated items for our use.

    GO MANTA RAYS!!!
