Good morning Manta Rays, 

A big week.... our first meet is Saturday, June 1st!  Go Manta Rays!!

PARENTS, PLEASE HELP: 

• Pick up all towels, shirts, and trash during swim practices 
• Group 3 please help put back chairs with tables, not many parents attend practice for group 4&5 
• The area behind the deep end fence is the neighbor’s property. Please help keep swimmers off the large rock and off their property.  

RSVP FOR MEETS: 

You have to declare if you will attend or not attend the meet via our Manta Rays’ website. https://mountainlodgemantarays.swimtopia.com If you are undeclared, you will NOT be entered into the meet. INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED 

• RSVP by Tuesday, May 28th (today) for Meet #2 Away Meet on June 10th vs Braun Station 8630 Tezel Rd, San Antonio, TX 78254 
• RSVP by Tuesday, June 4th for Meet#3 Away Meet on June 17th vs Fair Oaks Ranch 7900 Fair Oaks Parkway, Fair Oaks Ranch, TX 78015 

THIS WEEK: 

• Tuesday (today) – Last day to RSVP online for Meet #2 (we currently have 78 undeclared swimmers) 
• Wednesday – Manta Rays Munchies – sweet treat provided by coaches 
• Thursday – 6- 8 pm Kelly Evans will be at pool with spirit items. Please pick up swimmer bag, t-shirt, swim cap, etc.

• Saturday, June 1st – Meet #1 Home Meet at Seven Winds Pool 
  • Check- In: 7:00 am (swimmers and volunteers)
  • Warm-up: 7:30 - 8:00 am 
  • Opposing Team Warm-Up: 8:00 - 8:30 am 
  • Meet Starts: 8:45 am 

VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENTS:

• Volunteer assignments for Meet #1 – ATTACHED 
• If you are signed up as a volunteer substitute, Mandy or Dave will be contacting you to fill any open spots for this meet. 
• To view all the volunteer spots you signed up for.... Log in to Manta Rays’ website, you will see links for My Account and Sign Out at the top right of the page. Click My Account. Your account page contains your the jobs that your family registered for. SAMPLE ATTACHED
