Please read, print, sign, and email me back the attached document, COVID-19 waiver of liability and indemnification.  Please return the document to me on or before Wednesday, May 27th.  Your swimmer will not be allowed to participate in the season unless a waiver is signed.   All families are required to fill out a form.
