Hi All! 
Just when you thought you were done with messages from me..not yet! Please if you have a badge/lanyard from volunteering at Champs, we need those back. Message myself or Ronnie to get them back to us, or put it in the Erwin family folder. Our family folder box is overflowing!!! We have tons of ribbons and medals from Champs 1st-16th place, plus some from previous meets. Almost every family folder has something in it! The box will be at the pool tonight from 5-6pm and again Monday from 9-10am. After that, we will have it on the front porch of one of the board members house for about a week for pick up. 
If you were there for team photo night, be on the lookout for a text message and or an email from the photographer Jenni with Lizzy James photography. Check your spam just in case. 
All Star qualifiers have practice tonight from 5-6pm and Monday from 9-10am. Parents of All Star qualifiers, we will need your help one last time at the meet, so be ready to volunteer! Meet should go pretty fast because there is only one heat of each event. 
And lastly, on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank everyone for a great season! It was definitely challenging at times, but the rewards are plentiful and the smiles on the kids faces are worth it! Of course, some big wins are a huge bonus!! A lot goes on behind the scenes to pull off a swim season! Going into next swim season, we definitely could use some help in key positions! Elizabeth Collville, our long time treasurer, is stepping down and we need someone to fill her shoes! You do not have to be an accountant! But basic knowledge of bookkeeping and quick books will definitely be helpful. 
Kelly Evans, our long time Board member and Spirit Coordinator, is also stepping down. As Erin Underwood steps up her roles, she would love some help with Spirit and Social. A big shoutout of Thanks to Kelly and Liz for their years of hard work and support of the Manta Rays! Of course we will still see you around the pool! The Brenner family would love to have another person help them and take on a key role with concessions. A few of us other Board members will be “aging out” soon, and we will need help fulfilling vital roles in the next year or two. We ask that some of you with “younger kiddos” consider stepping up to help secure that our swim team continues successfully in the future! Again, thank you to everyone for volunteering your time and for sharing your kiddos with us! Our Manta Rays family is the absolute BEST!
