Good Morning Manta Ray Families!! If we're always proud of our swimmers for what they do on every meet, today I don't have enough words to describe how proud I am of each and everyone of them. I'm happy to be part of the Manta Ray Family and yesterday with the effort of each swimmer and the support of all parents we gave a good fight against the strongest team from the league.

You all had great swims, never gave up! I know some don't like swimming different events but at the end it's about challenging yourself and scoring points as a TEAM. Now with 4 dual meets under our belt Championship entries are being sent today. REMINDER: EVERYONE SWIMS AT CHAMPIONSHIP

Today during practice we will working on starts and turns, please take care of your swimmers, we've being having a couple of ear infections. A good tip  to dry your swimmer's ear is with the hairdryer on Cold mode.
