Smithson Valley Pool  (14001 TX-46  Spring Branch, TX 78070)
  ** Use entrance off of Smithson Valley Road, parking in front of school 
Opposing Team: SV Sea Dragons

Check in: 7:45 am (near pre-ready bench)
Warm-up for MANTA RAYS: 8:15 am to 8:45 am
Meet starts: 9:00 am
After the meet - Stop by Beefy's Backyard (25900 Us Highway 281 N)  - all swimmers & siblings enjoy a free ice cream  -- see Assistant Coaches for an ice cream ticket when you arrive.

**Reminder - ALL swimmers are entered into this meet unless you signed the PINK SHEET.  We must know ASAP if your swimmer is not attending, is sick the morning of a meet, or if you are running late!!

Special notes for this pool:

• Restrooms are far from where we are sitting -- please plan accordingly - see attached map
• There is 1 set of restrooms on deck for emergencies. 
• **At this pool, the space around the pool (inside the fence) is for swimmers, officials, and volunteers ONLY​ - you can watch your swimmer from outside the fence or from the upper observation deck.​

• Print a copy of heat sheet & bring with you
• Mark your swimmer(s) with events on leg or arm & name on back of shoulder
• Check in your swimmer (look for hand written changes on slip)
• Check in with Volunteer Coordinator - Jennifer Bissen
• Check with Alana Harris - if you purchased a team suit at the pool on May 8th 
• Swimmers in events #1-4 - See Alyson Moyer (Head Ready Bench) after you check in
• Sit with our team - building community among swimmers and parents
• Warm up - First: Groups 1, 2 & 3   Second: Groups 4 & 5
• After warm- up - meet for team cheer/any relay changes
• After team cheer - Events #1-4 go straight to the on deck ready bench, Events #5-8 go to pre-ready bench in parking lot
• Look for white board and send swimmer to ready bench when time
• Small bills for concessions ($1 and $5)
• **At this pool, the space inside the fence around the pool is for swimmers, officials, and volunteers ONLY​ - you can watch your swimmer from outside the fence or from the upper observation deck.
• LANE LINE UP & READY BENCH - bring a PRINTED copy of heat sheet and HIGHLIGHT all the MOUNTAIN LODGE swimmers
• READY BENCH - Meeting at the pre-ready bench at 8:15 am, read Ready Bench Additional Information - attached
• TIMERS - Timer meeting on deck before the meet begins.
• STROKE & TURN JUDGES - Judges meeting on deck before the meet begins.
• Show good sportsmanship to teammates AND visiting team! 
• Reminder: baby pool is CLOSED during ALL swim meets.
