Good afternoon, 

In preparation for our dual meets starting on May 27, we are looking at those families who still need to sign up to fulfill their REQUIRED minimum 3 volunteer positions during the season. If you are receiving this email, you are lacking your 3 positions for your family. 

You MUST choose at least one role at CHAMPS and 2 others of your choice. If that spot has been taken by an earlier response from another family, I will let you know ASAP. 

Here are our open volunteer spots as of now. Email me your remaining choices and I will plug them in for you. 

Open Spots:

Meet 1 - Ready Bench Walker (session 1)

Meet 3 - (2) Timer (one for each session)

Meet 4 - Ready Bench (session 1), (2) Timer (one for each session), Concessions (session 1), Label Ribbons @ Home 

CHAMPS (entire meet) - Lane Line Up (4), Ready Bench (6), Timer (4)

End of Year Team Social - serve food (1), clean up (1)
