BIG THANKS to everyone that volunteered last night and a special thanks to everyone that stayed after to help clean up -even though you were not signed up!

Tuesday (today) - Manta Rays Munchies provided by Team K Realty
Friday - Modified Practice will be only for swimmers attending Champs. Swimmers will be mainly working on starts, turns, and relay changes.
- 8:30 - 9:15 am Championship practice for G1 & G2 & G3 - only for those swimmers attending Championship Meet
- 9:15 - 10:15 am Championship practice G4 only for those swimmers attending Championship Meet
- 10:15 - 11:15 am Championship practice for G5 - only for those swimmers attending Championship Meet
- 11:15 – 11:30 am Mock Meet for PUPS (All swimmers/groups attend to cheer them on)
- 11:30 am Donuts & Drinks (All swimmers/groups) & a few words from Coach Claudia about Champs
Saturday - Champs check in at 7:30 am -- attaching more information -- heat sheet will be emailed on/before Friday.
**Reminder, all swimmers will sit in designated team area on one side of pool and all parents not helping with ready bench will sit on the other side in parent area. Parents are not allowed to sit in swimmer area unless helping with ready bench.
