Manta Rays Families,

A couple reminders for the next 2 weeks:

• May 19th - Manta Rays Munchies
   
• May 19th -  Last day to declare if Missing Meet #1 - Saturday May 28th at Alamo Heights Pool (7:10 am check in)
   
• May 19th - Time trials please try to be at practice this day -- Coach Claudia will be getting times for all new swimmers and swimmers that moved up an age group she she can start putting the relays together for our meets.
   
• May 20/21- Stroke Clinics for Breaststroke and Butterfly - please contact Coach Claudia if you are interested in signing up.  $10 per clinic.​

  • May 20  Breaststroke & Fly

      7 - 8  from 4 - 5pm ( FULL )

    9 and up 5 - 6 pm ( 1 SPOT )

    May 21  Breaststroke & Fly

    9 and up from 9:30am - 10:30 am ( 2 SPOTS )

    7 - 8 from 10:30am - 11:30am ( 6 SPOTS )

    
     
• May 24th - Team photos - We do have a new photographer this season.  I am attaching her price sheet.  If you are purchasing the packages, all photos in the package are of a single image (ex. either a sibling photo OR 1 swimmer).  She is offering an action composite - a picture in which the swimmer is in water swimming $30 for an 8 x 10 (see attached sample). Cash or checks payable to Michelle Funk Photography.  Pricing sheet is attached.  DO NOT PRINT.  Ordering envelopes will be available the day of pictures.
   
• **May 24 (Tuesday) - BIG NIGHT -- PLEASE ATTEND!! - will hand out t-shirts, tanks, bags, yard signs this night, take team photos, parent meeting, frozen treat for swimmers 
  • 4:30 - 5:30 - Those swim families wanting an action composite - a picture in which the swimmer is in water swimming $30 for an 8 x 10 - see attached sample
  • ​5:30 - 6:00 PM Individual Pictures for swimmers with last name beginning with A- K
  • 6:00 - 6:30 PM Individual Pictures for swimmers with last name beginning with L - Z
  • 6:30 PM SHARP TEAM PICTURE - wear team suit -- PUPS will wear team t-shirt
  • 7:00 PM Parent Information Meeting about Meets
  • 7:00 PM Swimmers w/coaches to learn team cheers followed by a frozen treat provided by Flamingo Rey's Island Ice
