Hello Manta Ray Families, it was a great first week of practice!! First week is always difficult getting to know new swimmers and their levels but we made it!

We will keep on doing our best in correcting your swimmer please have them 5 - 10 min. Before their practice time for warm-up.

If you're interested in stroke clinics, please email me at [email protected], space is limited group size is 10 swimmers per clinic. Cost is $10 per session, per swimmer.

May 13  Freestyle & Backstroke

   8 and under from 4 - 5pm

   9 and up from 5 - 6pm

May 14  Freestyle & Backstroke

  9 and up from 9:30 - 10:30 am

8 and under from 10:30am - 11:30am

May 20  Breaststroke & Fly

  7 - 8  from 4 - 5pm

  9 and up from 5 - 6pm

May 21  Breaststroke & Fly

9 and up from 9:30am - 10:30 am

7 - 8 from 10:30am - 11:30am
