Parents,

We have had a lot of swimmers showing up to practice this week (which is a good thing).  Coach Claudia and I have decided to modify the practice times for tomorrow's special practice. Swimmers will be mainly working in starts, turns, and relay changes.  

• 9:00 - 9:45 am Championship practice for G5 - only for those swimmers attending Championship Meet on Sunday
• 9:45-10:30 am Championship practice G4 only for those swimmers attending Championship Meet on Sunday
• 10:30 - 11:00 am Championship practice for G1 & G2 & G3 - only for those swimmers attending Championship Meet on Sunday.
• 11:00 – 11:15 am Mock Meet PUPS  (All swimmers/groups attend to cheer them on)
• 11:30 - 12:00 pm Swimmer social and Donuts & Juice (All swimmers/groups)
