Hello Manta Ray Families, it was a GREAT first week of practice!! The rain gave us a chance to start the season hope the weather stays on our side.

 I'm so proud of all the effort your swimmers showed all week, we will keep on working on stroke techniques so their strokes become more efficient. I'm still getting to know your swimmer's abilities so I  may be making some changes to groups. If I make changes I will talk directly with the swimmer's parents.

A couple of Reminders:

Monday May 11th from 4 - 7 pm D&J sports will be selling the team suits at the Seven Winds Pool.   We do have a new suit this season. $55 plus tax for girls, $34 plus tax for boys.  If you are unable to attend Monday, you can go to their store located at 6401 Blanco Road San Antonio, TX 78216 phone number 210-366-9388  

• Wednesday is Manta Ray Munchies - sweet treat provided by the coaches
• If you want to sign up for Stroke Clinics please send an email to Coach Claudia at [email protected]. the cost is $10 per clinic per swimmer. There is still space available for the following dates:

          Friday May 15 5-6 pm ( 5 spots) Back & Free

          Saturday May 16 9:30 & 10:30 am Back & Free

          Friday May 22 4-5pm ( 5 spots ) Breastroke & Butterfly
