    Congratulations again to all the swimmers that qualified for All-Stars!

    All Star Meet: Tuesday June 1, 2014    

    Where: Wildhorse Pool  9700 Mustang Gate San Antonio, Texas 78254 (Driving Directions ) **Estimated 30 - 35 min drive time

    Check in: no later than 4:15 pm (with Kelly Hunt)

    Warm up: by age group NOT by team

    1ST Warm-ups: 4:30– 5:00 p.m. for 10 and Under
    Lanes 1 & 2 – All 6 & U swimmers
    Lanes 3 & 4 – All 7- 8 swimmers
    Lanes 5 & 6 – All 9-10 swimmers

    2ND Warm-ups: 5-5:30 p.m. for 11-18 year olds
    Lanes 1& 2 – All 11-12 swimmers
    Lanes 3 & 4 – All 13-14 swimmers
    Lanes 5 & 6 –All 15-18 swimmers

    Meet starts: 6:00 pm sharp!

    **Must check in or swimmer may be substituted in relay.

    Driving Directions/Parking: 1604 W, past I-10, past Bandera Road, Turn Right onto Braun Road, Turn Left onto Wildhorse Pky, 2nd exit from roundabout onto Mustang Gate (can park at Krueger Elementary School)  (Driving Directions )

    Where to sit: Remember we are making every effort to sit as a team. The spectator seating will be in the grassy areas.  If the early birds could please grab an area for us -- thanks!  Please bring chairs and shade.

    Ready Bench: NO READY BENCH AREA for this meet.  Swimmers report directly to their lanes.  Coaches are responsible for getting the younger swimmers to their lanes.  There should never be more than 3 swimmers at each block—1 getting ready to swim and the next 2 swimmers to compete.​

    Concessions: variety of food and drinks​ (please bring small bills) 

    Heat Sheets: $2 - will need to purchase there, will not be emailed ahead of time, please bring small bills

    Emergency: Please call/text Kelly at (210)316-9086 or Erin at (610) 613-9235! We will get word to Coach Claudia and all necessary meet personnel!

    What to bring: Please remember to bring chairs and pop up tents for shade.  May also want to bring some bug spray.  There is a list on the website of items needed for a meet. Click on Swim Meets, Preparing for a Meet -- this would be good for EVERYONE to review! **Reminder baby pool is CLOSED during swim meets.

    VOLUNTEERS:  We will need timers, runners, scorekeepers, ribbon people, head timer, etc. just like at a dual meet.  The volunteers are not assigned ahead of time, please step up when the call comes around even if it is just for half of the meet.  

    Timers’ meeting: 5 p.m. by the awards area

    Coaches’ meeting: 5:45 p.m. poolside

    Other Reminders:

    • There will be a mid-meet break for the awarding of HIGH POINT TROPHIES FROM THE DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MEET, ANY PRESENTATIONS, AND A FUN COACHES’ RELAY. .
    • Additional items that are usually for sale: all star shirts (limited supply), all-star silicone caps, and all star beach towels (limited supply).  Bring cash or check payable to MSSL with our team name on it (MOUN)
