The Manta Rays board has been working very hard this season to draft by-laws for our team to help protect the integrity of the Mountain Lodge Manta Rays Swim Team.   You will find the drafted by-laws attached to this email.  At the end of season party, you will initial your approval of the by-laws (Yes/approve or No/do not approve).  

BIG THANKS to all the 2014 Board members for a wonderful job!  Please thank them for all their hard work and dedication to this swim team!  I wanted to send a BIG THANKS to Mindy Waters for serving as our volunteer coordinator for the last two seasons.  She has done a fabulous job!  If you are interested in taking on this board position for next season, please email me. The board meets roughly four times during the season (February, March, April, July) and lots of decision making/discussions via email during the season.  Below you will find the board members for the 2015 swim season.

We have had an AWESOME season because of our wonderful coaching staff and all the parents that volunteered behind the scenes & during the meets!    Please remember this organization runs on volunteer power!

We NEED volunteers for the 2015 season:

​Volunteer Coordinator (Board position), Assistant Scorekeeper (training provided by league), always in need of more Stroke & Turn Judges (new S&T judges must attend a class in 2 hr clinic in May - best view of the meets), Meet Coordinator/Logistics (organizes and helps with the the physical set up of the pool before the two home meets)

I wanted to thank all our families for a wonderful season!  I love seeing our community coming together, having fun, and swimmers developing a love for this sport!  If you go to our website and log on (password rays!), select swimmers, select view results by your swimmer's name, you can see how your swimmer has progressed during the season.  

See you Wednesday at the End of Season Party!  Dinner for the whole family starting at 5:30 pm.
