Championship t-shirts:
For those that ordered, championship t-shirts will be at the information table (by family folder box) at Thursday and/or Friday's practice.

Friday's Special Practice (6/27):

9:00 - 9:45 am Championship practice for G4 & G5 - only for those swimmers attending Championship Meet on Saturday
9:45 - 10:30 am Championship practice for G1 & G2 & G3 - only for those swimmers attending Championship Meet on Saturday
10:30 – 10:45 am Mock Meet 6U noncompetitive (All swimmers/groups attend to cheer them on)
10:45 – 11:15 am  Water Games (All swimmers/groups)
11:15 – 11:30 am Donuts & Juice (All swimmers/groups) 

Saturday Championship Meet (6/28):

• Attaching information from the league - please read (has driving directions and lots of information) and click on the link to see a map of the campus and location of the pool/parking --  please allow about 45 min to get down there
• Check in at 7:30 am (parents will be sitting with clipboard and check in strips where our swimmers are sitting), Warm-up from 8:00 - 8:45 am, Meet starts at 9:00 am
• Meet runs in 2 pools
• Concession stand is cash only (please bring small bills) - No outside food allowed
• No chairs or ice chest allowed  - the pool is indoors, bleacher seating
• Heat sheet will NOT be sent the day before, you will have to purchase the heat sheet for $5 at Palo Alto.  At the check in table, you will get a strip with the event numbers and will need to purchase the heat sheet to find heat and lane.
• Swimmers will be sitting together in our designated area (west side), parents will be sitting on the other side in the parent area (east side).  
• DO NOT park on the grass or be prepared to be towed!  Please park only in paved lots.

Sunday night (6/29)/ Monday morning (6/30) - look for an email for our all-star qualifiers.  All -star qualifiers will attend a practice Monday afternoon 6/30 starting at 4:00 pm.

All-Star Meet Qualifiers: The 1st place winner for individual and relay events from each Division qualifies for the All-Star Meet.  The next three (5) fastest times from any of the three (3) divisions makes up the remaining heat of swimmers.  If a swimmer cannot attend the All-Star Meet, the lane remains empty.  At least 3 out of the 4 placing swimmers on relay team must swim at the All-Star Meet or the lane remains empty.  

Monday afternoon (6/30) - special practice for All-Star qualifiers at 4:00 pm

Tuesday (7/1) - All Stars meet - qualifying swimmers will be sent an email with more information.  Location: Wildhorse Pool, Mustang Gate, San Antonio, TX 78254, Check in: 4:00 pm

Wednesday (7/2) - End of Season party at Seven Winds Pool.  Pizza, sandwiches & drinks served for all Manta Rays families at 5:30 pm followed by activities.  Will send out an email with more information.  Mark your calendar for 5:30pm **time change from initial calendar.
