What a great night!!  BIG THANKS to all the parents for getting your swimmers to the meet and all the parents that helped set up, worked the meet, filled in for missing volunteers, and cleaned up!  Our Manta Rays parents are AWESOME!!

Reminders for the week (June 10 - June 15):

• Tuesday
  • Afternoon practice 4-8 pm (afternoon practice times are now shifted 30 min earlier than during school year )
• Wednesday
  • Morning practice 8:30 - 12:30 pm (see website for your group's specific time)
  • Please sign orange sheet by this date, if your swimmer is NOT attending the home meet on Monday June 16
  • Manta Rays Munchies
  • Pick up ribbons from family folder box
  • Josh Davis Clinic - check in at 4:30 pm, clinic runs from 5:00 - 7:30 pm, still have some spots available if you want your swimmer to attend (ages 8 and up, must know all four strokes), email me if you want to sign up, $30 for the first swimmer and $25 for siblings, parents you will need to check your swimmers in and sign a photo release and medical waiver, see attachment for a list of registrants

Volunteer Reminder:  The orange sheet tells Coach Claudia that swimmers will NOT attend.  The orange sheet does NOT tell our volunteer coordinator you, the parent, are not attending for your volunteer position.  Please double check the volunteer list that Mindy sends out for each meet.  If you are NOT attending or can NOT volunteer for a meet you signed up for, you MUST contact Mindy Waters at ​[email protected].  We had several parents that were signed up for last nights meet to volunteer and did not show up.  Thank you to the parents that stepped up and filled these positions!  

Championship T-shirt:  If you would like to order a championship t-shirt, please fill out the attached form and turn the form and payment (payable to Mountain Lodge Manta Rays) into the t-shirt order file in the family folder.  Orders due by Wednesday June 18th.  Cost $10

Championship Meet:  The check in time for the Championship Meet on June 28th is at 7:30 am, warm - up at 8:00 - 8:45 am, meet starts at 9:00 am, anticipated to end around 12 noon, attaching more information
