    ALL-STAR INFORMATION

    June 30th

    Congratulations again to all the swimmers that qualified for All-Stars!

    The All-Star meet is held at the Wildhorse pool. The address is 9700 Mustang Gate San Antonio, Texas 78254 (same pool as our very first meet).

    Attached is the Information for the ALL-STAR MEET.

    Please bring chairs and shade. The spectator seating will be in the grassy areas outside the pool's fenced area.   All Mountain Lodge families need to sit together.  If the early birds could please grab an area for us -- thanks!

    Heat sheets are $2 - please bring cash

    There will be concessions.

    There will be NO READY BENCH.  Coaches will help get younger swimmers to their lanes.  It is very important that we sit together as a team, so we can find swimmers quickly.  The meet will run very quickly because there is only 1 heat for each event.  There should never be more than 3 swimmers at each block—1 getting ready to swim and the next 2 swimmers to compete.

    There will be a mid-meet break for the awarding of HIGH POINT TROPHIES FROM THE DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MEET, ANY PRESENTATIONS, AND A FUN COACHES’ RELAY. 
     
    Check in no later than 4:15 pm with Coach Claudia. 
     
    Warm-up will be held by age group not by team.  
     
    1ST Warm-ups: 4:30– 5:00 p.m. for 10 and Under
    Lanes 1 & 2 – All 6 & U swimmers
    Lanes 3 & 4 – All 7- 8 swimmers 
    Lanes 5 & 6 – All 9-10 swimmers
     
    2ND Warm-ups: 5-5:30 p.m. for 11-18 year olds
    Lanes 1& 2 – All 11-12 swimmers
    Lanes 3 & 4 – All 13-14 swimmers
    Lanes 5 & 6 –All 15-18 swimmers
     
    Timers’ meeting: 5 p.m. by the awards area
     
    Coaches’ meeting: 5:45 p.m. poolside
     
    Meet begins: 6 p.m
