FIRST PRACTICE MONDAY MAY 6TH
Hello Parents,
Just a reminder today is the first day of practice. The pool is still cold so we won't be getting wet today but instead we will do dryland ( exercises out of the pool to help your swimmer improve strengh, stamina & endurance). Don't forget to bring tennis shoes, water bottle, towel and jump rope( if you have one). Parent's your more than welcome to join us for a run.
Also, since some age groups are very large, we are going to try to level the groups. Once we start swimming and I am able to see the ability of each swimmer, there may be some adjustments to which group your swimmer will practice with. That way your kid will get the benefit of more attention in the water.
Don't forget to check the information table daily when you come to practice for updates, information, sign if you are missing a meet, pick up information from team, etc.
